Our Menù
In our fireplace the protagonist is the embers with excellent quality meats cooked following the tradition and the Tuscan flavors.
Our pizzas are cooked in a wood oven and are made with a long leavening dough of 48-72 hours using mother yeast.
A shove is perfect for 2/3 people and it is possible to combine two flavors of the same type (white or red) inside a single shove.
